He has led strategic change programmes to create new corporate structures, process efficiencies and performance systems. Simon has worked and advised across a range of organisations from multinational, startups and academia. Simon is trained in SPIN methodology, the Shipley process and business coaching. He has an MBA from Henley Business School.
Tim Stoller - Commercial Sales & Marketing
Tim's background is in Sales, Marketing and Insight across Media and FMCG. He has a record of building and executing channel, customer and business growth plans and leading cross-functional and international projects and teams. Tim has a reputation for developing talent and bringing new ideas and products to market. His background means Tim has a depth of understanding of customer behaviour, branding and product positioning. Tim uses this to deliver ground-breaking and profitable growth plans for companies with reputations for creativity and innovation such as the BBC, Innocent and Lindt & Sprungli. Tim works with clients to develop customer intelligence strategies, product marketing plans as well as supporting and supplier negotiations.
Neil Parke - Business Development & Strategy
Neil has an esteemed background in business development and sales which he now uses to help companies overcome challenges in business development strategy and implementation. He was Vice President, Commercial/Sales with a leader in the Avioncs/Aeropsace Sector leading a $250m international sales division. Neil provides strategic leadership and consultancy to turnaround corporate business development functions. He designs, implements and educates clients on appropriate and fit-for-purpose business development organisational structures and processes.
Kate Porcher - Commercial & Contracts
Kate is a highly capable commercial and contracts consultant with experience across technology, defence, medtech and financial sectors. Kate has developed and implemented commercial process across a range of organisations including multi-national sales for a medtech plc and supplier relationship management for a global finance and technology company. Kate works with companies to provide commercial and contractual support for new business ventures and strategic reviews of existing business processes. Claire Aplin - Marketing & Graphic Design
Clare has over 20 years experience in a variety of marketing and graphic design roles. She has led multi-national marketing campaigns for corporate organisations through to local promotional campaigns for sole traders and family-run businesses. These have included designing and implementing targetted marketing materials, customer relationship management processes and publicity management. Claire is trained in SPIN selling and marketing.
