Simon is trained in SPIN methodology, the Shipley process and business coaching. He has an MBA from Henley Business School.

Claire has over 20 years experience in a variety of marketing, graphic design and event management roles.

She has led multi-national marketing campaigns for corporate organisations through to local promotional campaigns for sole traders and family-run businesses.

These have included designing and implementing targeted marketing materials, customer relationship management processes and publicity management. Claire is trained in SPIN selling and marketing.
